To save you time, I've listed a few of the legit sites I use most often.

See each company's individual terms and policies. And NEVER pay a fee to a mystery shopping company! Beyond Hello is a reputable mystery shopping company that regularly seeks shoppers to mystery shop Pearle Vision and Lens Crafters.
They often pay more than $110 for an exam and prescription glasses purchase. They also have exam only shops that pay $50.
You can use insurance when making the purchase, but if you're uninusred they provide you with a discount card. I found the discounts to be equal to my Aetna insurance discounts, so that is a pretty good deal.
You can mystery shop this for yourself, family members, friends, etc.; however, they must undergo the exam and you must be present at all times.
This is an affordable way to get new glasses and contacts for the entire family.
They also look for shoppers for
hardware stores, car washes, home decor stores,
outlet malls, and home equipment stores.
Bestmark is another reputable mystery shopping company which looks for shoppers to mystery shop companies like Ace Hardware, Hyatt, Best Buy, Target, Harrah's Casino, Starbucks, Hilton, Applebees, Midas, Macy's and many others. You can make some sweet spending money just dedicating one day a week to this. If you're planning a vacation, search their list of hotel mystery shopping opportunities and actually get reimbursed for your hotel stays! The casino mystery shops are a ton of fun. You'll be asked to check out various sections of the casino and to play slots and table games. You'll be reimbursed a predetermined amount of gambling money and anything you win is yours to keep.
Intelli-Shop is another reputable mystery shopping company I've used for prescription eyewear. They often look for mystery shoppers for For Eyes Optical. They also look for shoppers for Pilot Travel Centers and car dealerships.
